What this site keeps about you, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.
The English texts come from the official English versions published by the European Union (EU) on EUR-Lex, the United Kingdom (UK) on GOV.UK and UK Parliament, and Gibraltar (the Acts and legal notices that change Gibraltar's law for the treaty, from Gibraltar Laws and the Gibraltar Gazette, and Gibraltar Parliament records: Hansard, Bills and Command Papers), plus HM Government of Gibraltar and European Commission press releases where a statement is quoted. Where a text exists only in Spanish (BOE), we quote it in Spanish and say so, and any translation beside it is ours.
Premier Global Market Solutions Limited, a company in Gibraltar (1A Cumberland Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA), registered in Gibraltar, company number 109852, tax number 641207, runs this site and decides how information about you is used. Write to us at premierglobalgib@gmail.com.
You can read everything on this site, and get AI answers, without giving us anything: AI answers need no sign-up and no email address. To keep the free allowance fair and to stop the site being overloaded, it counts requests and AI answers against a scrambled form of the network address you connect from (not the address itself), for about 2 hours for requests and up to 2 days for AI answers. There is no advertising and no tracking that identifies you.
We use it once, to send you a sign-in link. The site stores a scrambled form of it (a one-way code made with a secret key that only the site holds) and a random code. The scrambled form is still treated as personal data, and we keep it only for the time stated. A second scrambled form is kept only to match the block list described below. Basis: it is needed to give you the service you ask for.
The site counts the AI answers you have had today, and the questions you have asked this hour, so that the free allowance is kept to. The counts are tied to the scrambled form of your network address, not to the address itself. Basis: our interest in keeping the free service fair and its cost under control.
When you ask for an AI answer, the question and the matching passages from the public texts are sent to the AI service that writes the answer. Your email address is not sent. Questions that the site could not answer are kept without anything that says who asked: email addresses, web links and long numbers are taken out first. We use them to see what is missing from the site. To list the most asked questions, the site also keeps the words of a question with the same details taken out, counted by day, with nothing that says who asked. Basis: our interest in improving the answers.
To limit how many questions, checks, forms and removal requests one visitor can make in an hour, the site scrambles the network (IP) address you connect from, together with the hour, into a one-way code made with a secret key that only the site holds, from which the address cannot be worked out without that key, and counts requests against that code. The address itself is not kept. This applies to everyone who uses those parts of the site, signed in or not (a signed-in person's questions are limited against the account instead). A similar scrambled form, made without the secret key, is used over a few seconds to limit how fast pages and files are requested; that count is held in the running memory of the site and is not stored. Basis: our interest in keeping the site secure and its cost under control.
If you tick the box “Tell me when paid services open”, the site keeps your email address, the date and the feature, to tell you once when paid services open. The box is not ticked unless you tick it, and nothing is kept if you do not. Basis: your consent, given when you tick the box.
A new account gets one try of each paid feature. The site keeps the last day of the try and whether the briefing has been made, and a random code for each device that is signed in (at most 3), all against the scrambled form of your email address. Basis: it is needed to give you the service you ask for.
If someone abuses the service, the site can hold a scrambled form of their email address or network address on a block list, to stop them asking. Basis: our interest in keeping the site secure and its cost under control.
To tell readers in the EU that paid services for them open soon, the site uses the country that Cloudflare reports for the connection. The network address is not kept, and neither is the country.
The sign-up and the visitor question box can use Cloudflare Turnstile. When it is switched on, your browser contacts Cloudflare to run the check and the site learns only whether it passed. Basis: our interest in keeping the site secure.
If you use one of these forms, we keep what you type in it (for example a question, or a name, organisation and email address) so that we can read it or answer you. Basis: your consent, given when you send the form.
You must be signed in, and nothing is chosen unless you choose it. If you choose email alerts, the site keeps the email address you signed in with, whether you chose every day or every week, and the language. If you choose phone notifications, it keeps what your browser gave for your device (a web address and two keys), whether you chose every day or every week, and the language. It keeps nothing else. Your browser's notification service (for example Apple, Google or Mozilla) carries each notification to your phone. The notification is encrypted, so that service cannot read it. Basis: your consent, given when you save your choice.
The site keeps totals by day, section and language, for example how many pages were opened. They say nothing about any person. Basis: our interest in knowing how the site is used.
Paid services have not opened. When they do, card payments will be taken by Stripe. We will not see or keep your card number. Basis: it will be needed to carry out the purchase, and the law requires us to keep records of sales.
The email address you type to sign in: the site keeps no copy. The email service that sends the link keeps its own sending record under its own terms.
The scrambled form and the random code: until you remove your sign-up.
A sign-in link not yet used: 15 minutes. A new link cannot be asked for within 10 minutes.
Your answer counts: the daily count is deleted after 2 days at most and the hourly count after 2 hours.
The count against your scrambled network address: about 2 hours.
The most asked questions: 10 days.
The waiting list: until you remove it on the remove page.
The sign-up bonus and the device codes: up to 2 months, or until you remove your sign-up.
Saved answers: an answer is kept for 30 days against a scrambled form of the question, so the same question is not answered twice. The question itself is not kept with the answer.
Questions the site could not answer: 90 days.
Register interest and alerts entries: until you remove them on the remove page.
Alerts for the daily facts: until you stop them, with the link in every alert or on the remove page. A phone subscription that your browser's notification service reports as gone is deleted at once.
Say what is missing: until an administrator deletes it, or until you remove it on the Remove my sign-up page, if you gave your email address with it. Write to us if you want it deleted.
Counts of use: 400 days.
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores its data and sends the sign-in and removal emails.
Your browser's notification service (Apple, Google or Mozilla, depending on your browser) delivers phone notifications, if you choose them. It receives the notification in encrypted form and the web address your browser gave for your device.
Anthropic (United States) writes the AI answers. It receives your question and the passages from the public texts. It does not receive your email address, because AI answers do not ask for one.
Stripe will take card payments when paid services open.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, and Anthropic and Stripe are based in the United States. Your information can therefore be handled outside Gibraltar. We use these providers only for the purposes above.
The site sets two cookies. The first, called tsess, is set only if you sign in: it keeps you signed in for 30 days or until you sign out. The second, called rr_lang, keeps your language (English or Spanish), so that the pages open in that language. It is set when you use the language switch, or when you open a page from an address that names a language (one with ?lang=es or ?lang=en in it, such as a link to a clause in Spanish shared from this site), and lasts one year. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your browser's own storage keeps your language choice, your light or dark choice, the boxes you tick on a checklist, and, for the length of your visit, the way the clause opener is shown and a question you carry between pages. This stays on your device. We do not receive it.
The site loads nothing from other websites, except the Cloudflare check when it is switched on and, on the public pages, Cloudflare's Web Analytics script.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
You may ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. You may also ask us to limit how we use it, to receive it in a common format, and, where we use it because you agreed, to withdraw that agreement at any time. The Remove my sign-up page removes your sign-up, any interest and alerts entries, your waiting-list entry, any daily-facts alerts and any message sent through Say what is missing with the same email address. For a message sent without an email address, write to us. Withdrawing your agreement does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. Write to premierglobalgib@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
To leave, use the Remove my sign-up page. It works by a link sent to your email and needs no account. It deletes the sign-up, the scrambled address and the counts, and any interest or alerts entry.
The account of the company's owner and the company's own account cannot be removed through this site. The accounts of the editor, the verifiers, the staff and the article contributors are role accounts of Premier Global Market Solutions Limited, never in a person's name, and what is contributed through them is treated as company material. A role account is protected once an administrator has marked it as protected. A protected role account is not removed on the Remove my sign-up page; it can be removed by the editor or an administrator. To ask for a role account to be removed, write to the address given earlier in this notice.
You may complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (www.gra.gi, info@gra.gi; 2nd floor, Eurotowers 4, 1 Europort Road, Gibraltar; telephone +350 20074636), which is Gibraltar's data protection regulator.
Sign-in links work once and last 15 minutes. At most 3 sign-ups an hour can come from one network address. Each limit above is there so that the site cannot be run up or abused. If we learn that your information has been exposed, we will tell you and, where the law requires, the regulator.
We may change this notice. The date below shows the latest version.
