Where the texts come from

The English texts come from the official English versions published by the European Union (EU) on EUR-Lex, the United Kingdom (UK) on GOV.UK and UK Parliament, and Gibraltar (the Acts and legal notices that change Gibraltar's law for the treaty, from Gibraltar Laws and the Gibraltar Gazette, and Gibraltar Parliament records: Hansard, Bills and Command Papers), plus HM Government of Gibraltar and European Commission press releases where a statement is quoted. Where a text exists only in Spanish (BOE), we quote it in Spanish and say so, and any translation beside it is ours.

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We make no further charges after that.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to buy, without giving a reason.

Our paid services are digital services. If you ask us to start the service straight away, we tell you so at checkout and you agree to it there. The law may then reduce what is refunded for the part of the service already provided, or end the right to cancel once the service has been fully provided. The refunds set out below still apply.

Annual plans

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of agreeing to buy. After that, there is no refund for the months that remain, unless the law gives you one.

Top-up credit

Unused credit is refunded if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Credit already used is not refunded.

Faults and outages

If a fault or an outage stops a paid feature from working, you can ask for a refund or a credit in proportion to the time it did not work.

How to ask

Write to premierglobalgib@gmail.com. Say which service or credit you bought, the email address on your account, and the date you bought it. If you are asking about a fault, say what stopped working and when.

We make any refund within 14 days of agreeing to it. It goes back to the card you paid with, in the currency you paid in.
