What this site is, how it may be used, and what it does not promise.
The English texts come from the official English versions published by the European Union (EU) on EUR-Lex, the United Kingdom (UK) on GOV.UK and UK Parliament, and Gibraltar (the Acts and legal notices that change Gibraltar's law for the treaty, from Gibraltar Laws and the Gibraltar Gazette, and Gibraltar Parliament records: Hansard, Bills and Command Papers), plus HM Government of Gibraltar and European Commission press releases where a statement is quoted. Where a text exists only in Spanish (BOE), we quote it in Spanish and say so, and any translation beside it is ours.

It is not legal advice, and it is not an official source. The official texts are the authority. Where our words and an official text differ, the official text is right. For your own case, ask a qualified adviser.
AI answers are explanations written by a computer program from the site's own sources. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Each answer quotes its sources, and each quotation of 20 characters or more is checked word for word against the text; if one is not found there, the answer is not shown. You should still read the quoted source before you rely on it.
A refused or failed answer does not count against your daily allowance.
Please do not use the site to break the law or to harm anyone. Please do not collect the site's content by automated means (scraping), try to get round the sign-in or the limits, or abuse the free allowance, for example by making many sign-ups to get more answers. Please do not put other people's personal details in a question. We may stop a person or a network address that abuses the site from asking.
The sign-up and the lists (the waiting list, register interest and alerts) are for people aged 16 or over.
The daily facts are taken from the words of the treaty text, each with the Article it comes from. Where a fact and the official text differ, the official text is right.
If you choose alerts for the daily facts, we send them as the privacy notice describes. You can stop them at any time with the link in each alert.
Reading is free. When you copy text from the site, the site adds the source line and a link. Please keep them.
Official texts (for example EUR-Lex, UK texts under the Open Government Licence and the BOE) stay free to reuse under their own licences. We claim no rights over them. Contains Parliamentary information licensed under the Open Parliament Licence v3.0.
What a fee pays for. A fee pays for the search service, the work of keeping it running (including the AI answers) and our own reading of the texts, which does not take a side. A fee does not pay for the texts. The texts of the Government of Gibraltar (laws, legal notices, the Gazette, Hansard and press releases) are reproduced under the Government's copyright notice, with the source named and the copyright acknowledged. Every one of them can be read free, in full on the public pages of this site or through the link to the official source. We do not sell them. Where a paid page quotes one, it quotes only what the explanation needs, names the source and links to the free full text.
Our own work (our English and Spanish explanations, our grades, our translations, and the way it is all put together) may be quoted for personal and non-commercial use with the source given.
Republishing our explanations or grades in bulk, scraping or any automated collection, and any commercial reuse need a written licence from Premier Global Market Solutions Limited. Write to premierglobalgib@gmail.com.
Reading the site costs nothing, and the free allowance of AI answers costs nothing. Some services may be paid for in future. Paid services for customers in the EU open soon. Paid services are covered by the Refunds and cancellation page.
