Ask about the treaty on Gibraltar. Answers come only from the public texts on this site, with the words they rest on and a link.
The English texts come from the official English versions published by the European Union (EU) on EUR-Lex, the United Kingdom (UK) on GOV.UK and UK Parliament, and Gibraltar (the Acts and legal notices that change Gibraltar's law for the treaty, from Gibraltar Laws and the Gibraltar Gazette, and Gibraltar Parliament records: Hansard, Bills and Command Papers), plus HM Government of Gibraltar and European Commission press releases where a statement is quoted. Where a text exists only in Spanish (BOE), we quote it in Spanish and say so, and any translation beside it is ours.
AI answers are open to everyone, with no sign-up. You can get up to 2 free AI answers a day, until the daily limit for everyone is reached. Each answer shows the passages it comes from.

Details below.
It searches the public texts on this site: the treaty with its annexes and protocols, the 2019 tax agreement, the Concordat and the EU’s declaration, the questions about the treaty, how Gibraltar’s law was changed for the treaty, the two cases, the five things the texts say, the statements checked against the text, and the sources. It shows the passages it finds, each with a link to its place in the document.
If you have signed up and are signed in, an AI service also writes a short answer from those passages. The answer quotes their words and links to each one. Each quotation of 20 characters or more is checked word for word against the passages; if one is not found there, the answer is not shown and you see the passages instead. An AI answer can still be wrong. Check the quoted words and open the linked passage.

It uses no other source. It gives no opinion, prediction or advice. It does not say whether anything is lawful, fair or valid. If the texts do not answer, it says so. If a question is unclear, it asks which you mean. It offers three choices from the texts and a line to say more.
Up to 500 characters a question. Up to 120 questions an hour per visitor.
Signed in: up to 120 questions an hour, counted for your sign-up, not for your network address. Free AI answers: 5 a month for each person. An answer counts only when the texts answer the question, in full or in part. The site also has a daily limit on AI answers for everyone together. At a limit, you get what the search found, with one line saying so.

Your question goes to this site, which searches the public texts, and then to an AI service, Anthropic, which writes the answer from the passages found. Nothing that says who you are is sent with the question. This site does not keep the question itself. The answer is kept for 30 days against a scrambled form of the question, so the same question gets the same answer. It is not linked to you.

To list the most asked questions, it keeps the words of a question with personal details taken out (email addresses, web links and long numbers), counted by day, for up to 10 days. It is not linked to you.
To limit use, it keeps for up to two hours a count of your questions, and for up to two days a count of your AI answers, each tied to a scrambled form of your network address, not the address itself.

To check that you are a person, the sign-up and this question box can use a Cloudflare check (Turnstile). When it is switched on, your browser contacts Cloudflare to run it.
A log records whether a question was answered, unclear or unanswered. It holds no question text.
If you choose “Send this question to ‘Say what is missing’”, it is kept in this site’s own store. The people who keep these pages read it. It is not published.
You give your email address and nothing else. We send a sign-in link to that address. It works once, for 15 minutes. Open it and press Sign in. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices; a fourth sign-in signs out the oldest. Throwaway email addresses are not accepted.
What is kept: a scrambled form of your email address, not the address itself, and a count of your AI answers this month. Where: this site’s own store, held with Cloudflare, which hosts the site. It is not published. The address itself goes only to the email service that sends you the sign-in link (Cloudflare). Premier Global Market Solutions Limited, 1A Cumberland Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, is responsible for it.
How long do we keep your email? Until you unsubscribe. The monthly count goes after 40 days.
The box “Tell me when paid services open” is not ticked unless you tick it. Only if you tick it, we keep your email address, the date and the feature, to tell you once when paid services open. Paid services for customers in the EU open soon.
On your device: one cookie keeps you signed in, for 30 days or until you sign out. Signing in adds no other cookie.
When you are signed in, your question and the passages found go to an AI service, Anthropic, which writes the answer. Anthropic is not given your email address. A question in Spanish is first put into English by the same service, so the English texts are searched too. The answer is kept for 30 days against a scrambled form of the question, so the same question gets the same answer. It is not linked to you.
If you have signed up and would like to be removed, go to the Remove my sign-up page. It deletes the scrambled address and the counts at once.
